Press Centre

The press centre at InnoTrans 2010 (21 - 24 September) is located in Hall 6.3 at the exhibition grounds. It will be open from 9 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. for the entire duration of the fair. Media representatives will find all necessary services and equipment available to assist their work.

In the press centre press conferences will take place. Information about the technical equipment for the rented press room will be available at a later date.

All press material will be issued there, including daily releases. Daily reports with updates and background information will be available daily from around 2 p.m. They will also be available in the internet (column information).

Trial copies of event-related press photos are displayed; they can be downloaded from the internet in print quality (column Press/ Photos).

Press pigeon-holes containing the latest news and the most important information from the organisers and exhibitors will ensure that no news is missed.

In the electronical press office journalists can use computer workplaces fully equipped with fax machines, printers, notebook connections and internet access for the entire duration of the fair. A competent expert will be present to support you. Press photos can be sent by email or Leonardo.

Journalists holding a press pass or in possession of a letter of authority by their editorial department will be able to obtain their accreditation for InnoTrans prior to the beginning of the fair. An application form and guidelines are available for download at www.innotrans.com / Press/ Accreditation. Registered journalists may use all entrances to the InnoTrans exhibition grounds. Journalists who have not pre-registered are requested to use the entrance at hall 7 and obtain their accreditation there.

Pre-registration is possible until 17 September 2010.

Press accreditation by Messe Berlin GmbH is valid for visiting the trade fair, the InnoTrans Convention and the outdoor displays.
